O2 has launched an app which lets users make and receive phone calls and texts via a tablet, computer or smartphone.
Tu Goという名前であるが、課金システムはＩＰ電話でない、実際の電話回線を引いている人から課金をするというシステムなのが新しいということ。
機能的にはｓｋｙｐｅ同等のようだ。
アンドロイドやｉＯＳで使える。
