テキサスでの鉄砲水で少なくとも161人がいまだに行方不明

テキサスで起こった鉄砲水（Flush flood)。これによりすでに109人以上の死者が確認されており、161人の行方不明という状況。FEMAの予算が削られ、警報が出されなかったという話もある。防災の予算というのは確保し難いもの。しかし、川での水難事故は日本でも毎年発生しており、個人がそれぞれ対策をすることしかないだろう。
